Baroness Richardson of Calow The Rev’d Kathleen Richardson OBE is a cross-bench member of the House of Lords. She was the first woman President of the Methodist Conference from 1992 to 1993
Bala Gnanpragasam Bala has 20 years’ professional experience in the international telecommunications sector; 2002 to 2010 he was Chairman of University Hospital Lewisham NHS Trust; is a board member of Christian Aid.
Pamela Mhlope Pamela has a Drugs and Alcohol Misuse, HIV Diploma from Rushkin College, Oxford and a Social Work Diploma from Brunel University. Pamela is a qualified and registered social worker and has been working in the social care field since 1989. She has specialised in the field of prostitution and sexual exploitation. Pamela has kept abreast of the ever changing social care field and has extensive experience and knowledge in advocating for people and assisting them to reach their full potential. The mental Capacity Act is an integral part of her work; the underlying philosophy of the act is to ensure that those who lack capacity are empowered to make as many decisions for themselves as possible and that any decisions made or actions taken on their behalf is made in their best interest.
Nicholas Sayer: (treasurer) Nick is a chartered Accountant (FCCA and has worked in public practice throughout his career. His experience is varied and a “mixed bag” in respect to client type, and includes ‘Not for Profit’ organisations including major charities. Nick is familiar with the lay out of Charity Accounts and the statutory requirements under the latest SORP (FRS 102) which all charities now adhere.
David Powell David is an economist in the City of London and the author of “The Trader’s Guide to the Euro Area: Economic Indicators, the ECB and the Euro Crisis”. He’s a CFA Charterholder and a member of the board of advisers of the London School of Economics Faith Centre.

Steve is a Methodist Minister having spent 35 years of ministry in multi-cultural London;  he was the HIV Chaplain at the Chelsea & Westminster Hospital from 1993 to 2003; in 2003 he was instrumental in the formation of the HIV Chaplaincy.
Rabbi Mark Solomon Mark is the Interfaith Consultant for Liberal Judaism, Senior Lecturer at Leo Baeck College, and minister of Edinburgh and Leicester Liberal Jewish Communities. He has many years’ experience working with the Jewish AIDS Trust and leading retreats for people with HIV and their carers.
Kanley McHayle Kanley is a property developer buying and developing properties for the letting market. He also works in hospitality having two bed & breakfast guest houses in Vauxhall Grove. He is a member of the Methodist Church and also the Pastor for the Black Lesbian Gay Christian Fellowship in Vauxhall.
Odette Penwarden Odette has been a regular communicant at Southwark Cathedral for 28 years during which time she has undertaken quite a few volunteer roles, currently she is a lead steward and a volunteer for the Robes Project (a homeless winter shelter). She work as the front of house at the Southwark Diocesan office.
Paul Infield Paul is a barrister specialising in family finance law. He is also a mediator and arbitrator and he conducts executive training worldwide for Duke Corporate Education. He has worked in various capacities in the charity sector throughout his adult life, including as a Samaritan volunteer, a member and then chairman of the Board of Visitors of HM Prison Wandsworth, chairman of South London Liberal Synagogue and as a trustee and then chairman of Suzy Lamplugh Trust. He is currently a trustee of the Mental Health Foundation.
Paul Kybird Paul worked as Training and Development Officer and District Development Enabler for the London District of the Methodist Church from 2000, and has just retired from his role as Development Worker at Nuneaton Methodist Church.
